Love the option of refills. Will not be ordering again as unknowingly took delivery of a bottle that was damaged inside the delivery box, and the entire contents leaked all over my carpeted stairs overnight. Spent hours scooping handful after handful of soap off my stair carpets and they're ruined. Only options are to return the product for a replacement or refund...which obviously isn't possible as the entire contents leaked all over my carpets. And doesn't address the issue of damage caused.

Happy with product... Nice smell, I use it in auto handwasher to encourage kids keeping hands clean. I absolutely lost it in my hospital visit other day (talking about being clean) Some guys comes out the bog and straight out the door without hand-wash.... I collared him by the lifts in front of about 3 dozen people and shouted you dirty b******.. Your in a hospital with people ill and you've not even washed your hands.....terrible... I teach mine to wash their hands all time and to beware of public wc and where others hands have been. This stuff smells nice, lathers enough and will auto dispenser encourages the kids to keep hands clean. Good habits stay for life 🙏

I always like to purchase refill pouches for soap, as buying dispenser bottles each time seems so wasteful. This soap has a really nice, gently fragrance. It performs really well and the narrow pouring spout makes refilling even the smallest dispensers a mess free affair. Price is excellent too. I only wish they offered larger pouches to reduce plastic waste further. I hope you find my review helpful.
